Road test car rentals require a minimum 2-hour Behind the Wheel lesson & receive certification according to DMV regulation: "Received at least two hours of behind-the-wheel instruction, attained proficiency in the operation of a motor vehicle, and considered a safe and capable driver by this school in accordance with the provisions of Section 14-78-36 of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies."
Car Rental Services
Car rental services such as Hertz, or Avis are not allowed during road test.
