HOW TO RENT A CAR FOR YOUR ROAD TEST

STEP 01: Complete BTW Lesson(s)

"Received at least two hours of behind-the-wheel instruction, attained proficiency in the operation of a motor vehicle, and considered a safe and capable driver by this school in accordance with the provisions of Section 14-78-36 of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies."

STEP 02: Book Your Road Test & Car Rental

Select available dates, and time slots or give us a call and we will schedule for you. If you schedule your own DMV appointment, you must book car rental with A1-Driving at least 10 days in advance.

STEP 3: Arrive at Testing Location and Take your Road Test

Please arrive to testing location 20 minutes before your scheduled time. Arriving 15 minutes late or more may be subject to cancellation of appointment. The car will be at the testing location.
